How to use Nourish
Post-shower on damp skin is where Nourish works best. The moisture on your skin helps the actives absorb faster and more evenly.
"If you are using both Nourish and Nectar, Nourish always goes first. Let it absorb then layer Nectar on top to seal everything in."

1
Apply post-shower on damp skin
Step out of the shower and pat lightly with your towel, do not fully dry off. Apply Nourish while your skin is still slightly damp. The moisture helps the lotion spread evenly and absorb faster, and gives the humectants something to draw into the skin.
Damp skin — not wet, not dry — is the sweet spot -
2
Pump 2 to 3 times and warm in palms
Two to three pumps covers most of the body, add more as needed for legs and larger areas. Rub your palms together to warm the lotion before applying. Warm product absorbs more evenly and spreads with less drag on the skin.

3
Massage in with upward strokes
Work from feet upward, calves, thighs, hips, stomach, arms, and décolletage. Use long upward strokes with firm pressure. Spend extra time on very dry areas like shins, elbows, and knees where the skin is thicker.
Upward strokes support lymphatic drainage -

Layer Nectar on top to seal — optional
If you are using Nectar as well give Nourish 60 seconds to absorb then apply Nectar over the top. Nourish delivers the active hydration, Nectar seals it in and adds a layer of botanical oil nourishment. Together they are more effective than either alone.
