At Skin Soul Botanica, every product is crafted with intention and care. We want your unboxing to feel like an experience and we’re here to make sure everything flows smoothly from our hands to yours.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.
Please note:
Shipping rates are a flat rate at checkout. We do offer free shipping on orders over $99.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time but we're working on expanding options in the future.

I stand behind that belief. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, contact me at orders@skinsoulbotanica.com within 14 days of delivery and I’ll work with you to make it right.
