How to use Nectar
Post-shower is the best time to use.
"Apply on damp skin the moment you step out of the shower. That is when it works best, the water on your skin helps it spread and absorb."

1
Shower as normal
Cleanse as usual. When you are done do not fully dry off, pat lightly with your towel to remove excess water but leave your skin slightly damp. That residual moisture is what Nectar seals in.

2
Pump 2 to 4 times into your palms
Start with 2 pumps and add more if needed. Rub your palms together to warm the oil, it spreads more evenly and absorbs faster when warm. Adjust the amount based on how much skin you are covering and how dry your skin feels that day.

3
Massage in with upward strokes
Work from feet upward, calves, thighs, hips, stomach, arms, and décolletage. Use long upward strokes with firm pressure. This direction supports lymphatic drainage and helps absorption. Spend a little extra time on dry areas like shins, elbows, and knees.

Let it absorb before dressing
Give it 2 to 3 minutes before getting dressed. Nectar is fast absorbing but a few minutes ensures it has fully sunk in so it does not transfer to clothing. Use that time to do your hair or skincare routine.
Pairs beautifully with Nourish — apply lotion first then Nectar to seal
