How to use Magnesium Mist
Mist, massage, breathe. As simple as it sounds. Use it whenever your body signals it needs a reset — morning, midday, or night.

Shake before use
Give the bottle a quick shake to make sure everything is evenly distributed before spraying.

Mist directly onto skin
Spray 3 to 5 times onto shoulders, neck, chest, calves, feet, or anywhere holding tension. No need to dilute or rinse.
Avoid broken or freshly shaved skin — may cause mild tingling -

Massage in
Use your palms to massage the mist into the skin with firm circular strokes. This helps absorption and gives you a moment of intentional touch — especially grounding before bed.

Let it absorb — no need to rinse
It absorbs quickly and is non-greasy, so you can get dressed or get into bed right after. A slight tingling sensation is normal, especially the first few uses, and typically fades with regular use.
